Pros: The location of the home was great, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The home itself was beautiful, and the garden was great. It is very conveniently located to the beach, beautiful sunsets, fun beach rock scrambles, awe-inspiring hikes and drives through Jedediah Smith State Park, and exploring tidal pools at Endert Beach. Fall to sleep to the sound of sea lions.Cons: the home had a strong smell of wet dog downstairs, and the upstairs smelled like marijuana. We opened up all the windows to aired out the house when we were home but it didn't resolve the issue. The master bedroom remained hot through the entire day/night with no fan to cool it down and the bed only had a heavy winter weight comforter with no lighter options available.
